 This view shows the restored wood-frame farmhouse to the left; the addition was added to the right. The windows were replaced with Marvin mahogany windows with custom exterior sills and beaded casings. A new hood and raised panel door were installed at the main entrance. Pole gutters and a new cedar shake roof were installed, and the exterior walls were insulated and finished with cedar clapboard siding. Reproduction shutters were built and installed on all first floor windows. |
